Please note that all clients must first attend a face-to-face consultation and complete a patch test before treatment can be carried out. This allows us to assess your suitability, discuss realistic expectations, and create a personalised treatment plan based on your unique goals.
Important Information, Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking with Celestial PMU, you agree to our Booking & Cancellation Policy. Deposits are refundable with a minimum of 5 days' notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 5 days of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit paid. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will require full payment in advance to secure a future booking. Please ensure that you follow the provided pre-care instructions. Failure to do so may result in us being able to safely provide your treatment on the day of your appointment. In these circumstances, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Please ensure that you do not attend your appointment with sunburned skin, tanned skin or artificial tan in the treatment area.
