BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure that we can continue providing the highest standard of service to all of our valued clients, we have outlined our appointment and cancellation policies below.
 

As a small business, late cancellations and appointment amendments have a significant impact on clinic availability and operational costs. Due to patch testing requirements prior to treatment, it is often not possible for us to refill appointments at short notice. These policies are therefore in place to help us manage appointments fairly and continue providing the best possible experience for every client at Celestial PMU.

Booking Fees & Deposits

Consultations

Consultations via our online enquiry form are provided free of charge.

Face-to-face consultations and digital consultations are charged at £20 and are subject to the same terms outlined under our 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy' below.

 

However, If you choose to proceed with your chosen treatment, the consultation fee is redeemable against your service.

Services

For all services, a reasonable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

Complimentary Touch-Ups (PMU)

Touch-up appointments are provided complimentary by Celestial PMU to ensure the very best healed results from your permanent makeup treatment.

However, if you cancel or reschedule your touch-up appointment within 5 days of your appointment, a £60 rebooking fee will apply. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to your appointment

Cancellation/Reschedule Within 5 Days

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 5 days of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Patch Test Kits

Clients who have been sent a postal patch test kit and later wish to cancel their appointment will have £15 deducted from any refundable deposit to cover the cost of postage, packaging and materials.

This applies only where a refund is due under the terms outlined above.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Strict No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited.

To rebook, full payment for the treatment will be required in advance. Please note that this payment will then remain subject to our 5-day 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy'.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to complete your treatment within the allocated appointment time.

In these circumstances, your appointment may need to be cancelled and rescheduled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
