BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

To help us provide the best service to all of our valued clients, we’ve outlined our appointment and cancellation policies below. These guidelines are in place to ensure that we can continue offering quality services and accommodate all of our clients fairly.

Booking Fees & Deposits

  • Consultations: Consultations at Celestial PMU are provided free of charge to enable clients to make informed decisions at no cost to them. However, if you fail to abide by the terms set out in our 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy' below, you will be required to pay a £10 booking fee to re-book your consultation. This fee is non-refundable.

  • Services: For services (Laser Tattoo Removal, IPL Hair Removal & Permanent Makeup), a reasonable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

  • Complimentary touch-ups (PMU): Touch-up appointments are a complimentary service provided by Celestial PMU to ensure the very best results from your permanent makeup treatment. However, if you fail to abide by the terms set out in our 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy' below, you will be required to pay a £40 booking fee to re-book your touch-up. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy

  • 72-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule: Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Cancellation/Reschedule within 72 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. To re-book, a new deposit will be required.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. If you fail to attend your appointment on more than 1 occasion, Celestial PMU reserves the right to request that the full cost of the service be paid in advance to book your appointment. The cost paid will be subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling terms as set out under 'Cancellation & Rescheduling Refund Policy'.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to complete the service. If the appointment cannot be carried out, you will be asked to pay a new deposit to re-book.
